PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively share information recorded in a paperless conference by a participant among persons concerned.SOLUTION: A media server 100 acquires file information to which additional information is added from a tablet terminal 10. The media server 100 refers to a storage device for storing identification information and a folder in association with each other, determines a folder to store the file information on the basis of the additional information and the identification information, and stores the file information in the determined folder. When acquiring the identification information from a thin client 210 through a public desktop server 220, the media server 100 selects a folder corresponding to the acquired identification information, and permits an access from the thin client 210 corresponding to the selected folder. |
