<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal capable of controlling the transmission of an information request before connection for acquiring information on an access network side before connection, and of reducing a load on communication due to this request.SOLUTION: A wireless terminal that can transmit an information request before connection comprises: request number setting means of setting an upper limit threshold nfor the number of transmissions of the information request before connection; request counting means of counting the number of transmissions of the information request before connection; request number determination means of determining whether or not the counted number of transmissions is equal to or more than the set upper limit threshold n; and communication control means of, when the request number determination means performs true determination, stopping transmission processing of the information request before connection. Here, preferably, the upper limit threshold nfor the number of transmissions is determined on the basis of at least one of a use degree of wireless resources acquired from a relay device, a residual resource capacity, and a capacity of a WAN side interface corresponding line, a load factor, and a communication speed.</p> |
