<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite particles useful for adsorbing organic substances and decomposing the adsorbed organic substances for removal and a manufacturing method thereof, and an adsorbent for organic substances and a decomposition method of organic substances using the composite particles.SOLUTION: The composite particles include a substrate, a photocatalyst supported on the substrate in a dispersed state, and an ionic surfactant existing at least on the surface of the substrate and/or the photocatalyst. The composite particles can be manufactured by a method including the step of hydrothermally treating a mixed solution including the substrate, a photocatalyst precursor, ionic surfactant, and water.</p> |
