[Problem] To provide a bone conduction speaker unit that is compact as a whole and that, when used, can be easily and neatly attached to any one of various existing types of communication devices, such as a mobile telephone. As a solution of this problem, provided is a unit case (1) that incorporates a bone conduction speaker (2) in such a manner that a vibration plate (3) thereof is exposed. Further, a plug (4), which is connected to the bone conduction speaker (2) and which is to fit into an earphone jack, is arranged on the unit case (1). The plug (4) is then connected to an earphone jack (22) of the housing (21) of a mobile telephone or another communication device, thereby allowing the bone conduction speaker to be used as the speaker of the communication device. |
