A bag ( 1 0) in plastic shopper type with straps (1 1 0) having gusset structure re-folded at the centerline to form eight uniform layers, with bottom star welding, including externally of a multilayer tail (1 20) printable that also facilitates the production in coils (20) compact of large diameter and properly wrapped, ensuring uniformity of traction. A shaped die-cutting (1 41 ) longitudinally separates the straps from the said tail which remains joined to the bottom of the bag on the not die-cut portion (1 42), after the conventional separation from the roll, in the manner of protruding peninsula. The manufacturing process (31 ) of said bag ( 1 0), with production plant (30) by five stations (30A - 30E) provides the following production phases: Phase A) unwinding film from a reel, Phase B) cut with longitudinal welding and re-folding, Phase C) first welding-cutting, contextual (1 31, 1 41 ); Phase D) second welding-die-cutting, contextual (1 30, 1 40); Phase E) rolls winding. |
