The present invention relates to a quantum dot-inorganic particle aggregate and an optical element including the same. The quantum dot-inorganic particle aggregate are equipped with quantum dots. Multiple inorganic particles surround the quantum dots. The quantum dot-inorganic particle aggregate of a form that the inorganic particles surround the inorganic particle is able to increase thermal stability by maintaining internal quantum efficiency even in high temperature conditions by stabilizing the quantum dots by the inorganic particles. Additionally, the quantum dot-inorganic particle aggregate is able to increase quantum efficiency light incoming to and light emission from the quantum dots, quantum efficiency, as compared with a case that an inorganic layer completely covers the quantum dots.
