<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a motor stator and to a method therefor which can improve assembling efficiency by assembling many stators in a short time and assembling the stator even in a narrow space by supplying a first insulator, a stator core, and a second insulator in a rotary index method to a turn table, respectively, and enabling the assembly in an order of the supply. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for assembling a motor stator while improving the assembling efficiency and reducing a failure rate as the second insulator can be easily assembled to the stator core and as the structure is simple by complementing a cover part of the second insulator, to which the stator core is inserted, with a dual cylinder even when injection molding occurs in the cover part of the second insulator. Moreover, the present invention provides a method and apparatus of assembling a motor stator by reducing assembly failure rate of the stator by preventing generation of installation defect of a wire terminal by controlling a desired height of the wire terminal while robustly fixing the same by primarily pressurizing the wire terminal supplying power to the coil winding the stator and secondly pressurizing the same. The method for assembling the motor stator includes the steps of: rotating a turn table having installation sheets at a predetermined speed to install a first insulation in six places; putting the first insulation on the first insulation sheet in a rotary index method; fitting and combining a stator core on the first insulation by transferring the stator core to the location of the second insulation sheet in the rotary index method; and supporting a second insulation supplied in the rotary index method through a dual cylinder and fixing the cover of the second insulation.</p> |
