<p>Provided in the present invention is a thermal diffusion shock absorbing sheet which has excellent shock absorbability and thermal diffusivility even with low thickness. A laminate of the present invention includes a foaming layer consisting of foaming body having thickness of 30-500μm, density of 0.2-0.7 g/cm^3, and average cell diameter of 10-150μm; and a thermal conduction layer having thermal conductivity of 200 W/m·K or more. The loss tangent (tanδ) which is ratio of storage modulus and loss modulus at angular frequency of 1 rad/s is preferred to have a peak top in a range of -30°C or more and 30°C or less in measuring of dynamic viscoelasticity of the foaming body. The maximum of loss tangent (tanδ) of the foaming body at the range of -30°C or more and 30°C or less is preferred to be 0.2 or more.</p> |
