PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cage handrail that enables a door of a control panel or a trunk to be smoothly opened/closed without reference to the horizontal length of a handrail pipe.SOLUTION: An in-cage handrail of an elevator comprises: storage means that houses equipment of an elevator or a passenger's luggage and that is provided with a door freely openable/closable within a cage 1 of the elevator; handrail means 5 that is provided in a position to hinder the opening/closing of the door of the storage means, within the cage 1 of the elevator; and folding means for folding the handrail means 5 to shift the position of the handrail means 5 when the door of the storage is opened/closed. |
