PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately dry crops when a gun type burner is mounted on a crop drier that recycles exhaust air.SOLUTION: A crop drier comprises: a combustion burner (7); a dry room (2) for drying grain; an exhaust air fan (9); an exhaust-air returning cylinder (12) for returning the exhaust air, which is discharged from the exhaust air fan (9), to the dry room (2); and an exhaust-air adjusting mechanism (H) for adjusting a capacity to discharge the exhaust air outside the machine and a capacity to discharge the exhaust air to the exhaust-air returning cylinder (12), in which the combustion burner (7) alternately conducts a combustion process and a combustion stop process, and when shifting from the combustion process to the combustion stop process, the exhaust-air adjusting mechanism (H) is activated so as to increase the capacity to discharge the exhaust air to a side of the exhaust-air returning cylinder (12). |
