PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that exhibits good fixability in a wide temperature range and has an excellent blocking property (storage stability), and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A toner includes an anionic core 11 and a cationic shell layer 12 formed on the surface of the core 11. The shell layer 12 is constituted of a thermosetting resin. The toner has a loss tangent at 120°C of smaller than 1 and a loss tangent at 200°C of larger than 1, and a ratio of the minimum value of the loss tangent to the maximum value of the loss tangent in a range of 120°C to 200°C is 2.5 or more. |
