PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic part further improved in life under the condition of a high-temperature load, and insulation resistance.SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic electronic part comprises: a laminate arranged by alternately laminating internal electrode layers 3 and dielectric layers 2. The dielectric layer 2 includes: a primary component expressed by the general formula ABO, and a dielectric porcelain composition including a rare earth component R. Each dielectric layer 2 has segregation phases 5 including the rare earth component R. On condition that one dielectric layer 2 sandwiched between one pair of the internal electrode layers 3 is divided into six regions by equally dividing the dielectric layer 2 in six in a thickness direction, the content of the R segregation phases which are present in two near-field regions 2a in the dielectric layer which are in contact with the internal electrode layers 3 of the one pair respectively is 2.0 or more times the content of the R segregation phases which are present in two central regions 2b located in a substantially center portion of the dielectric layer 2. |
