PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraining device capable of effectively restricting that a seated occupant of a vehicular seat moves to a buckle side in a seat width direction due to a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: An occupant restraining device 10 is equipped with a supporting plate 20A provided on a side part to a vehicular seat 11, and supporting a buckle 20 of a seat belt device 12; and a buckle air bag device 24 disposed so as to overlap with the supporting plate 20A in a side view on the vehicular seat 11 side to the supporting plate 20A, and including a buckle air bag 28 expanded by gas supply and deployed on a side part from a waist portion L to a chest portion B of a seated occupant P of the vehicular seat 11. |
