(Ar 101 represents a phenylene group, a cycloalkylene group, or a cycloalkenylene group, R 101 represents H, an alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms or an alkoxy group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms, R 102 represents H, F, an alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms or an alkoxy group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms, m represents 0 or 1, a1-X101, a2-X102, a3-X103, and a4-X104 each represent C-H, C-F, C-CH3, or N, X105 and X106 separately represent H, F, or a methyl group, and in X101-106, the number of fluorine atoms is 0-3. |
