PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for performing a call of a customer to a reception window in receipt number order even if a customer needing a time for entry of a business form such as a slip exists.SOLUTION: A receipt number issuing system includes: means for acquiring a temporary receipt number for a customer starting entry of a business form in advance of issuance of a formal receipt number; means for issuing the formal receipt number to the customer; and means for managing states of the formal receipt number and the temporary receipt number. When the temporary receipt number is larger than an already called receipt number when issuing the formal receipt number to the customer, the receipt number issuing system issues the temporary receipt number as the formal receipt number, and when the temporary receipt number is smaller than the already called receipt number when issuing the formal receipt number to the customer, acquires a new receipt number and issues it as the formal receipt number. |
