The present disclosure provides an enzyme composition comprising CMCase, xylanase, acid phosphatase, amylase, phytase, &bgr;-glucosidase, pectinase and α-galactosidase. More specifically, the present disclosure provides a process for the synthesis of an enzyme composition from Aspergillus niger MTCC5231, isolated from soil and its mutant strains Aspergillus niger. |
