An electronic device (1) comprises a panel (10), a casing (60) that holds the panel (10), and a piezoelectric element unit (30) attached to the panel (10), wherein: the panel (10) is bent by the piezoelectric element unit (30) in such a manner that a part just above the piezoelectric element unit (30) protrudes, along the longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric element unit (30), highest relative to the periphery of the part; and a contact part of human body, which is in contact with the panel (10), vibrates, thereby conveying sounds. In this electronic device (1), the panel (10) is fixed to the casing (60) by means of both a double-faced tape (70) along the outer edges of the panel (10) and an adhesive (71) disposed along the double-faced tape (70). |
