Disclosed is a ski-through cover for a vehicle, comprising: a frame which is arranged in receiving space to receive a rear armrest and has a through hole to penetrate a trunk and the inside of a vehicle; a pair of hinge doors of which ends are respectively hinge-coupled to both ends of the frame to be opened in both directions and which have insertion grooves formed at one side thereof; an operation button which is arranged in the frame and is installed to be slid forward and backward; and a latching protrusion which is interworked with sliding of the operation button to be simultaneously inserted or withdrawn into or from the pair of insertion grooves by being slid to the inside/outside of the insertion grooves, thereby improving an aesthetic impression and preventing friction sounds in opening.
