The present invention relates to a filtration device using a fiber redundant member, which simplifies composition of twisting and loosing the fiber redundant member as a rotation guide unit moves and rotates along a streamlined guide hole according to ascent and descent of a piston, increases filtration efficiency due to low porosity of the sealed and twisted fiber redundant member, and makes the device smaller when a distortion of the fiber redundant member is uniform and processing capacity is equal.
