ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An organic light emitting device according to the present invention includes an anode, a cathode, and an organic layer which is formed between the anode and the cathode. The organic layer includes a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an auxiliary layer between the light emitting layer and the electron transport layer. The HOMO level of the auxiliary layer is 0.3 eV higher than the HOMO level of the electron transport layer or more. The lifetime of the organic light emitting device is increased by reducing or blocking the accumulation of holes on the electron transport layer by a gap of the HOMO level between the auxiliary layer and the electron transport layer.
