PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for diagnosing and/or treating colon-rectal cancer.SOLUTION: The means of the invention inhibits proliferation of colon cancer cells by using an anti-cancer agent of which effective component is an inhibitor of uc.73, where the inhibitor is such as siRNA-uc73A, siRNA1 or siRNA3, and the uc.73 is an oncogene overexpressed in colon cancer cells, to reduce expression of the uc/73A(P) gene to induce cell cycle arrest and cell proliferation arrest as well apoptosis in the cells. |
