PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align emission luminance of EL elements having different light emitting colors in a pixel portion of a light emitting device, and to further enhance the emission luminance of the EL elements.SOLUTION: An EL element having an EL layer comprising a triplet compound and an EL element having an EL layer comprising a singlet compound are formed in combination on a pixel portion of a light emitting device, so that emission luminance of a plurality of formed EL elements can be aligned. Further, a hole transport layer is constituted as a layered structure, so that the EL element higher in emission luminance can be formed. |
