PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of detecting a partial discharge together with a spark in an inspection device on a circuit board.SOLUTION: A constant-current source 11 supplies a constant current to a wiring pattern to be inspected. A voltage measurement unit 12 measures a voltage V of the wiring pattern. A normal-time voltage gradient calculation unit 20 obtains a voltage gradient at normal time on the basis of a measurement result, among voltage V measurement results, which is less than a prescribed voltage gradient calculation threshold. A determination unit 22 determines whether or not the voltage gradient is constant by comparing a measurement result, among the voltage V measurement results, which is within a range of a first threshold and over to less than a second threshold (i.e., a measurement result while the gradient is constant) with an estimated value of voltage based on the normal-time voltage gradient. Then the determination unit 22 determines the quality of a circuit board on the basis of whether or not the voltage gradient is constant. |
