PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulator having no risk of generating floating of a sheet member even when a use time is increased.SOLUTION: A pressure regulator includes: a primary side gas chamber 2a in which a high pressure of a gas supplied from a primary side supply source acts; a secondary side gas chamber 3a in which a low pressure of a decompressed gas supplied to a secondary side process acts; a nozzle 1b that connects the primary side gas chamber and the secondary side gas chamber; a drain cock 6 disposed in the primary side gas chamber and biased toward the nozzle; and a nozzle pin 5b for making the drain clock come closer to or farther away from the nozzle. The drain cock 6 is configured by being fitted to a groove 6b having a bottom in which the sheet member 6e brought into contact with a valve seat 1c provided on the nozzle. A hole 6c communicating with the primary side gas chamber is formed in the bottom of the groove or in the vicinity of the bottom. |
