PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changeover control device and a changeover control method at a transfer PTO loading vehicle so as to prevent a vehicle from moving unintentionally through erroneous operation.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a judgment part for judging a presence or non-presence of PTO switching operation at the transfer PTO switch; a judgment part for judging a presence or non-presence of AMT operation of neutral operation of a parking switch and a mechanical automatic gear change; a regular running mode executing part executed while being changed over through judgment of the parking switch and non-operation of the mechanical automatic gear change; and a transfer PTO control mode execution part executed while being changed over through judgment of a presence of operation of the transfer PTO switch by the PTO switch operation presence or non-presence and through judgement of the parking switch and presence of operation of neutral operation of the mechanical automatic gear change. |
