PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of easily evaluating a propriety of executing interruption processing corresponding to an arbitrary interruption factor during debag work, and an image processor.SOLUTION: An information processor 20 includes: an interruption register 921 for storing an interruption signal outputted from each of modules 8; factor registers 82 for storing contents of an interruption factor occurring in each of the modules 8; a dummy factor register 913 for storing contents of a dummy interruption factor; a CPU 51 for specifying a module 8 with an interruption factor occurring with reference to the interruption register 921, specifying contents of the interruption factor with reference to a factor register 82, and executing interruption processing preset in accordance with the interruption factor; and a switching control part 93 for switching an access destination by the CPU 51 to the dummy factor register 913 in the case that the contents of the interruption factor corresponding to the dummy interruption factor detects access of the CPU 51 to the factor register 82.
