<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device which can efficiently mix a plurality of fluids having different viscosity in large amounts.SOLUTION: A fluid control device 100 for mixing a fluid includes at least a single substrate 101, and a plurality of micropores arranged in the substrate 101. Each of a plurality of first micropores 102 for structuring a specific groupαout of the micropores has one opening part 102b in a region A facing to an external of the substrate 101 of a surface 101a of the substrate, and has other opening part 102a in a region B. Each of a plurality of second micropores 103 for structuring a specific groupβout of the micropores has one opening part 103b in a space overlapping with the region A, and has other opening part 103a in a region C facing to the external of the substrate 101. A pore sizeφβof the second micropore 103 is smaller than a pore sizeφαof the first micropore 102.</p> |
