obtaining, by an Access Point, AP, device, an IP data packet to be transmitted to a User Equipment, UE; determining, by the AP device, a Data Radio Bearer, DRB, corresponding to the IP data packet from type information of the IP data packet; and transmitting, by the AP device, the IP data packet to the UE over the DRB.
