<p>A reinforcing assembly (1100) includes multiple spaced-apart, longitudinally-extending support bars (1102). The reinforcing assembly also includes multiple working members (1104) each independently connected to the support bars. Each working member includes upwardly-extending sides (1112-1114) defining a first plane that is oriented diagonally with respect to a longitudinal axis (1106) extending along the support bars. Each working member also includes an end portion (1108) connected to the upwardly-extending sides and spaced apart from the support bars.
