Provided is a novel electrolytic copper foil. The electrolytic copper foil is obtained by thermally treating a copper foil which is manufactured by electrolysis, which has specific resistance of 1.68-1.72 μΩ·cm, has average diameter of crystallites of 1.0-1.5 μm, has a single modal diameter distribution having one peak in a diameter distribution diagram obtained in an electron backscattering diffraction pattern (EBSP) analysis of the crystallites, and has full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the peak of 0.8~1.5 μm.
