PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine cellulose fiber composite in which a fine cellulose fiber is uniformly dispersed into a natural and/or synthetic resin emulsion component, and that has high affinity between the fine cellulose fiber and a resin, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A cellulose fiber composite contains (a) a fine cellulose fiber in which a hydrophobic group and an anionic group are introduced into cellulose, and (b) a natural and/or synthetic resin emulsion.
