PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent risks that a workpiece is damaged and the workpiece collides with an operator.SOLUTION: A processing machine performs bending of a workpiece while holding the workpiece by a punch and a die. The processing machine includes a control device for a back gauge that includes a stopper for positioning the workpiece at a target position. The control device detects whether an object exists on an advance position of the stopper when the stopper is advanced, and suspends the advance of the stopper when the object exists on the advance position of the stopper. |
