<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a power plant easily even in a plain or a town by making a compact-sized hydraulic power plant through performing a repetitive operation in which water in an upper water tank rotates a water turbine and drops into a lower water tank to generate electricity and finally a pump is rotated by this generated electricity to return the water up to the upper water tank.SOLUTION: This invention enables a compact-sized system to be constructed by circulating a limited amount of water.</p> |
