<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular fuel tank device which prevents fuel leakage form an oil supply port in an unexpected situation.SOLUTION: A fuel pipe 17 includes a shut-off valve 16 which suppresses a back flow of fuel in a fuel tank 10. A recirculation pipe 18 is provided with a flow restriction valve 26 which restricts flow in the recirculation pipe 18 when the liquid level of the fuel in the fuel tank rises. With this construction, since the back flow of the fuel is suppressed by the shut-off valve in the fuel pipe and the flow is restricted by the flow restriction valve in the recirculation pipe if an oil supply port 20 is opened in an unintentional and unexpected situation, such as a failure of a fuel lid 23 or an intentional opening of the fuel lid 23, the fuel does not leak to the outside from the oil supply port even if the inside of the fuel tank is at high pressure.</p> |
