PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the order of transmission on the receiving side at which a plurality of sequentially transmitted data are received.SOLUTION: For data 1, since a hash value H1 "3" matches a hash value h1 "3" in sequence information of number "1" and there is none to which sequence information of other numbers applies, a data identifier (data ID) indicating the data 1 is correlated to the sequence information. For next data 2 received, since there is none to which a hash value H1 "6" nor H2 "2" applies, no data ID is correlated to any sequence information. For next data 3 received, since a hash value H2 "1" matches a hash value h2 "1" in sequence information of number "3" and matches a hash value h2 "1" in sequence information of number "4," data ID indicating the data 3 is correlated to each of the sequence information.
