1. A computer-implemented method for detecting the presence of a deception scheme affecting a receiver using a satellite navigation system (SNS), comprising:
storing a process operable to determine whether the receiver is in a statistically normal state, using as inputs one or more of the following types of receiver measurement values: position, pseudoranges, Doppler shifts, Doppler residuals, or pseudorange residuals; during operation of the receiver, performing the following steps: storing a first set of receiver measurement values from at least one channel of the receiver; receiving a second set of receiver measurement values; conditioning the second set of receiver measurement values by differencing values of each type of receiver measurement value, thereby obtaining a set of conditioned receiver measurement values; and using the process and the conditioned receiver measurement values to determine whether the receiver is operating normally. |
