<p>Provided is a heat cooking device for which durability is maintained while cooling is carried out. The heat cooking device heats and cooks ingredients placed in a cooking pot (1). After heating is completed, although the temperature of a bottom section (5) drops due to the presence of the ingredients, the temperature of a circumferential wall (7) side where no ingredients are present reaches roughly 150°C, a temperature at which if no action is taken burning will occur, and the ingredients will burn and stick to the circumferential wall (7) side due to tilting of the cooking pot (1). Given that, the present invention is characterized in that the temperature is lowered by a mist spray from a mist jetting unit (63) when the cooking pot (1) is tilted, and as a result, burning and sticking with respect to the circumferential wall (7) side is significantly reduced, heat stress is reduced by cooling with mist, and the durability of the cooking pot (1) is improved.</p> |
