A first roll and a second roll are carried by and independently rotatable within the housing. The rolls each having a diameter greater than 9 ½ inches and include a plurality of sharp cutting teeth formed by tooth segments. A biasing element biases the rolls toward each other and has a biasing force ranging from approximately 3600 pounds to approximately 4000 pounds.</p>
