In the present invention, disclosed is a horizontally transferring type conductive metal film coating device, comprising a supplying roll which supplies a flexible substrate; a collecting roll which collects the flexible substrate; a plurality of horizontal guiding rolls which are horizontally installed between the supplying roll and the collecting roll at intervals and guide the substrate contacted on the lower surface of the substrate to be horizontally moved to the collecting roll from the supplying roll; and a catalyst layer forming slot die which is installed in the same level of the flexible substrate and coats catalyst playing an adhesive role on the surface of the flexible substrate supplied from the supplying roll.
