PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle charging system for charging a battery after warming to a temperature suitable for charging, while prohibiting the charging in a temperature state unsuitable for charging.SOLUTION: The charging system is configured to supply power from a power supply device, including a charger 21 and a DC/DC converter 22, to a drive battery 11 or a heater unit 14. When a temperature T of the drive battery 11 is lower than a first predetermined temperature, a contactor 12 disposed between the drive battery 11 and the power supply device is switched off, and electric conduction is made to the heater unit 14, whereas when the temperature T of the drive battery 11 is the first predetermined temperature or higher, the contactor 12 is switched on. |
