PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation device, a laser processing device and a program that can enhance print quality of laser processing based on a laser oscillator having a passive Q switch.SOLUTION: A laser oscillation device has a driving pattern generator for generating a driving pattern for driving an exciting semiconductor laser, a laser oscillator having a laser medium and a passive Q switch, and a controller for controlling the operation of a laser driver for driving the exciting semiconductor laser according to the driving pattern. The driving pattern has a first output for driving the exciting semiconductor laser with a first output value at which the output of the exciting light is higher than an output threshold value during a first output period equal to or less than a period threshold value from a standby output state in which the output of the exciting light is lower than the output threshold value, a second output for driving the exciting semiconductor laser when the output of the exciting light is not more than the output threshold value subsequently to the first output, and a third output for driving the exciting semiconductor laser with a second output value at which the output of the exciting light is more than the output threshold value subsequently to the second output. |
