PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic seal formation system capable of providing service without carrying out useless communication.SOLUTION: A photographic seal formation device acquires maintenance information of a server, and transmission setting is kept ineffective (YES in S71) if the server is in a stopping state. If the server is not in the stopping state, a transmission test is performed, and effectiveness/ineffectiveness of the transmission setting is determined (S72 to 84) on the basis of result of the transmission test. In the transmission test, data transmission of the same level as transmission of photography is performed. In the transmission test, transmission of history information of the photography seal formation device to the server (S74), and acquisition of server information are performed (S85). |
