<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove water intruding into a dirty chamber in a harmless state without opening a draining hole in a case at an air cleaner of a vehicle internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An air cleaner includes a dirty chamber 21 and a clean chamber 22 which are divided by a filter element 20, and an air intake port 23 opens in the dirty chamber 21 and an air outlet port 24 opens in the clean chamber 22. A bottom of the dirty chamber 21 is connected with an exhaust passage 15 by a bypass passage 27 and a valve chamber 26 is provided at a bottom part of the dirty chamber 21. A valve body 31 which is operated by a float is disposed in the valve chamber 26. When water accumulates in the valve chamber 26, the valve body 31 opens to discharge the water from the bypass passage 27 to the exhaust passage 15.</p> |
