PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter-equipped vent device capable of drastically reducing radioactive particles included in vent gas emitted from a reactor container by further improving capture performance of the reactive particles.SOLUTION: A configuration of a filter-equipped vent device 100 includes: a tank 122 storing a liquid 122a thereinside; filters 128 (cylindrical metal filters) disposed in an upper part inside the tank; shower head type nozzles 124 disposed in a lower part inside the tank, having a lot of jetting holes 124b in the upper faces 124a, and jetting bubbles into the liquid from the jetting holes; and a bubble subdivision device 126 disposed above the nozzles, and subdividing the bubbles jetted from the nozzles.
