<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle retainer which is attached to conventional cleaning tools with a handle, such as brooms, mops, rakes, and brushes, and which is easy to use with no excess load though being operated with one hand; and a cleaning tool with a handle.SOLUTION: A handle retainer includes: a shaft body 1; an arm passing ring 2 disposed at an upper part of the shaft body; a handle attachment part 4 that is disposed at a lower part of the shaft body and is detachably attached to a shaft upper part, such as an optional broom or mop; and a grip part 3 disposed on a side surface of the shaft body.</p> |
