A method for the treatment of a disorder selected from agitation, aggressive behavior, posttraumatic stress disorder and impulse control disorder, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of Formula I: wherein X is O, —NH or —N(CH3); and Y is —O—, —C(H)(OH)— or —C(O)—, in free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form.
