摘要 Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a metal core, a metal core structure, and a motor. The method is such that: a raw material is stamped and processed to form arced stamping sheets provided with arced connecting parts, first bent parts, and second bent parts; the first bent parts are formed from two lateral extremities of the arced connecting parts while protruding along the radial direction thereof, two extremities corresponding to closed extremities of the first bent parts are bent oppositely to form the second bent parts; the arced connecting parts, the first bent parts, and the second bent parts form a cavity; at least two arced stamping sheets are cladded sequentially, a cavity inner sidewall of the rear arced stamping sheet clads a cavity outer sidewall of the front arced stamping sheet to form an arced fitting block; at least two arced fitting blocks are fitted in the circumferential direction to form a metal core, the arced connecting parts that are adjacent in the circumferential direction are fitted to form an annular magnetic yoke part of the metal core, and, the first bent parts that are adjacent in the circumferential direction are fitted while the second bent parts that are adjacent in the circumferential direction are fitted to form tooth parts of the metal core. The present invention reduces waste generated, thus reducing production costs.
