The present invention relates to a touch sensor of an electromagnetic resonance type and to a display device including the touch sensor, and more specifically, to a touch sensor of an electromagnetic resonance type and to a display device including the touch sensor to reduce the number of layers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch sensor of the electromagnetic resonance type includes multiple touch electrodes which transfer an output signal according to a response electromagnetic wave which is generated from an accessing object or which generates an electromagnetic wave according to an input signal.
