<p>A method of making a middle sole comprises the following steps: step 1, blending a resin mixture: resin and a curing agent are mixed in a container by stirring; step 2, pre-impregnating glass fiber cloth: the resin mixture blended according to step 1 is impregnated on the glass fiber cloth; step 3, cutting the glass fiber cloth: the glass fiber cloth pre-impregnated according to step 2 is cut for future use according to a preset shape of an arch middle sole or a middle sole; and step 4, hot pressing and forming: the glass fiber cloth cut according to step 3 is put in a preheated mold, and the glass fiber cloth cut according to step 3 is hot pressed to obtain the middle sole product. Also disclosed are a middle sole made according to the above method and a shoe containing the middle sole. The middle sole has the advantages of high strength, small thickness, light weight, good moisture and hydrolysis resistance, prolonged sizing, strong weather resistance, high balance and contributing to shoemaking standardization, etc.</p> |
