The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) energy harvesting device using a micro-nano channel, a method for fabricating the same, and an energy harvesting apparatus including the same. The 3D energy harvesting device comprises: an ion-permselective layer which includes a nano channel generating streaming potential by moving a fluid; an upper polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layer which is formed on the ion-permselective layer and has an upper reservoir formed on one surface in contact with the ion-permselective layer; and a lower PDMS layer which is beneath the ion-permselective layer and has a lower reservoir combined with the upper reservoir on one surface in contact with the ion-permselective layer to form a micro channel for receiving the fluid.
